Okay…
I Have this problem were I cannot play online at all because I cannot connect to the Halo 4 servers. it’s been 17 hours now.
Still not working.
I’ve tried the following.
Resetting Routers (10+ Times)
Deleting Xbox profile then Re-Downloading (3 Times)
Switching Xbox on and Off (Don’t ask how many Times)
Deleting and Re-Installing Disc 2 (4 Times)
Still Not Working.
There is no way of contacting 343 directly and if I want a minuscule chance of any help from them I have to wait on here or the 343 forums.
£40 of a game I Initially enjoyed wasted.
This isn’t rage. This is bitter disappointment at 343’s community team.
As a World of Warcraft and Diablo Enthusiast as well I get to see Blizzards Employees constantly keep in contact with their players and that’s 5 x bigger than Halo’s.
So I suggest to you 343, that you get your community team bigger and better at listening to us. Because you were right up on my list of best games ever and in 16 hours you’ve slumped to the near bottom. All thanks to your lack of community support.
