Hello, this post is about my matchmaking experience with the Xbox One Halo games. I have been a huge Halo fan for many years and have spent countless hours playing with my friends. I have never had a problem with matchmaking except for with 343’s games. I was in boot camp and tech school during the release of the Xbox One and MCC so I wasn’t able to play until several months ago. I bought the new Xbox specifically to play Halo, but unfortunately MCC’s connection isn’t the best just as everyone knows. This is something I can get over, but not when I get long bans for disconnecting from the game. Honestly I have quit a few games, but who hasn’t? But now when I search for a game and I disconnect back to the dashboard I literally get a 4-5 hour ban immediately. This is the same story every day. After so many times searching in matchmaking it’s bound to happen that I am sent to the dashboard, therefore super long bans are unavoidable. I have always had excellent internet connection and have never had a problem with any other game(including Halo 5). I have enjoyed Halo online for almost a decade but it seems I can’t do this anymore. As much as I hate to say this I am very close to never playing again. I am hoping someone at 343i can help me out because posting this thread is my last resort. This is my first post on Halo Waypoint and I hope it’s a successful one. I love Halo MCC and Halo 5, but I cannot enjoy MCC and I believe I am being wrongfully banned for an extensive amount of time. I hope that 343i will be able to help me out in any way possible. Unfortanitly, 343 doesnt care about the players or if they lose fans. they just want monry through the micro-transactions. They will probably only start caring what the fans want or need when they drop below 1,000,000 coppies sold

I haven’t quit any games, that’s who. Had a few disconnects just after the game came out, but have never backed out of a game.
