From what I understand they don’t have too many people free to do that.

Every week they give out a bulletin, and the last one, I believe, set vivid details of some of the things that would be out in the next Title Update. Just a couple days ago, bs angel made a long post on someone’s thread.

Yes there will, they’ve already sold enough copies of Halo 4 to say it’s worth a Halo 5. It’s already in production.
