343i WHERE ARE YOU?! SO MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE TRYING TO REACH OUT TO YOU FOR HELP TO JUST SIMPLY PLAY THE GAME THEY BOUGHT!
I myself have started a thread or two on the issues with H5. And I have seen countless other threads complaining about so many issues.
343i I beg you respond to our please. We payed for your game, now give us the support we need to play!
To be honest I was having zero issues with multiplayer till yesterday!
Please respond! I mean if you do nothing for a couple of weeks you could see something come out against you from the FTC (not saying I would do anything to that extent, but you know Sony has been sued by the FTC multiple times on much smaller things and lost). By this time last year you responded immediately with the plethora of issues with MCC. Why a no show now?
All it takes is a PSA, “We’re working on it!”

Microsoft couldn’t find anything and is going to send me a follow up email in a day or two if they do find anything. This is too much! If Microsoft can’t get in contact with 343, how are we supposed to?
I’m currently chatting with an MS Xbox rep right now. I’ll see what they happen to dig up for me.
They are giving me a case number, they will be contacting 343i for me. Other than that I don’t think there is much we can do.

Ok - this is pretty much what I ended up with too. Hopefully they get the message and work on this quickly.
