You guys are tweeting about sales? This is absurd. I think I speak for a reasonable majority of the community in asking, please, for an update on your progress.

Big fan of 343i and Halo 4 here - but I agree 100%. Tweets, Facebook posts, etc… whatever. There should be some communication in regards to on-going issues with matchmaking.
As a loyal fan and consumer, all I ask is a bit of simple communication. Some sort of heads up on the situation. “we are investigating it” doesn’t quite cut it, I mean, that should go without saying that if theres an issue, you’re investigating it. I’m not gonna threaten to go play black ops or anything, I want to play halo 4, and thats it. If not, I’d like to know the reason why, seeing as how I did pay for it. Very reasonable.
Im in on this… We need some kind of response letting us know whats going on (Problem, Status of Fix, ETA of Fix) Anything would do. You cant just leave us in the dark people are starting to get frustrated, impatient and wigging out!
I’d sure like to know when I can play a game I spent good money on. If your not able to fix it then I’d like my money back so I can get another game that works…
Look its not too much to ask is it for you guys to say something to us as far as i can tell i have done everything i can here to sort this out on my end its your turn. Sad thing is this has been my fav halo except the first one but you guy even did a great job of bring that in to the next generation.
