343i, we need this basic features:

First i have to say, i really like the MP. The Artstyle is pretty nice and the gameplay is not bad.

But we really need some of the basic features and basic occurrences and it’s important to fix some stuff, to optimize the game and make it better for every player:

  • We need the option to select every gamemode, platform and input device like in the MCC (for Ranked AND Social)

  • PLS fix the broken melee combat. Hit registration neeeds to be fixed and add some cooldown time after a punch. A lot of threads talked about it. Its really annoying how it is right now. Adding player collision with enemy players would help a bit as well.

  • PLS add big vehicles for BTB right at the start. I played over 100 BTB matches and drove only 1x a Scorpion and only 1x a wraith (same like a lot of friends)

  • PLS add permanent places for all wepaons (“normal” and power weapons) in BTB and reduce the air drops

  • PLS add better sound cues for being shot, for thrown nades and so on.

  • Aiming feels sometimes inconsistent and sometimes doing microadjustments, makes the crosshair flying around the screen. Additional to that, it’s really extensive to find the right settings for sensetivity and deadzones and all that stuff. I’ts not beginner friendly but you want a beginner friendly Halo, so this has to change as well.

  • PLS add a ranked playlist with radar (it existed in Halo 3 and reach too, why not here) or at least add better sound cues for normal footsteps (besides sprint foot steps). Another really important element is missing with ducking to hide from the motion sensor.

  • PLS add more variants of BTB: 12vs12 AR and BR Starts PL, 8vs8 AR and BR starts PL and off course let us choose between objective and slayer modes.

  • PLS add more gamemodes (like FFA, Grifball, KotH, Sniper only etc.)

How i said, i really like the game and i don’t want to be that greedy, ingrate Kid that only wants stuff. But at the same time, i think it’s important to provide feedback to make the game better for the players and it will help 343i to have a better game with a good reputation.
