IMO, 343i should push a title update that unlocks Recon for you automatically when you put the game in the console. I missed it when they originally started it, I wish they would hook EVERYONE up, not just the people who were playing H3 a few months ago.
Recon is over rated. Seriously, beat the campaign on Legendary for some badass armor.
Vidmasters, earn it.
I have all the other armors besides Recon, I’m just a completionist. And I did the Vidmasters from H3, never got to do the ODST ones though.
