as a competitive player i am truly grateful and relieved.
granted, it should have been released at launch, so we don’t need to go onto waypoint to download it, but hey the fact of the matter is there will be visible skill-based ranking in halo 4!!!
also goes to show that competitive players can be pleased, because i am very much so (there will be the odd person that keeps complaining for the sake of complaining, but just ignore them). 343i has given me hope again.

Yes, you are right, but the title is inflammatory, people see it and immediately are coming into to fight. You post was well thought out and written nicely, but the title technically is against the rules.
So now you have people who want to fight because you are trying to be insulting and vigilante moderators who think its there job to solve crime and defend the honor of 343i. It doesnt help our community to continue to kick a hornets nest.
Im really glad that we are getting skill based ranks after all but to be honest I never doubted 343i. As for not having it at launch I actually think it makes a lot of sense.

my post was not well thought out, and it definitely wasn’t written nicely. if the title is against the rules, you can report my thread for having an offtopic title.
but can we get some discussion on the actual OP. like your opinions on this ‘CSR’ system? i’ll go first: it shows that 343i listens to us. i only wish they gave us more specific details on what this system is and when it is released (early next year is a very broad term).
