I don’t think they could just bring them onto the team. If they are currently working for another developer, they won’t immediately change projects.

All you can really do is hope for a miracle.

Depends how important of a position that Staten currently has. If he has a better job compared to what he would do at 343i, I doubt he’d leave his current position.
