They added sound effect to it? I’m glad I didn’t buy it. I hate it when they change stuff like this after a purchase.
It IS pretty annoying. For THAT reason alone it should be a toggle. BUT! But.

I couldn’t work out was going on with the sound of glass shattering.
I’m not sure I like it.
But the wolf one sounds awesome. Can’t wait until someone kills me.

I like it when I just die and nothing fancy happens, I also make a point to never use Inclement Weather, Flies, Hearts or Grunt Birthday in any Halo that offers them.
I kinda dislike that now I’m forced to get flashbanged and assaulted by an sfx against my will.

Mh, I kinda’ get this ask-for-toggle, for once. For sensory it can be a pain.
With you on this. Infinite’s kill effects go one over on everything that the series has done before in that they implement involuntary effects on other players. I’ve always been happy to live and let live with the crowd that goes in for armor effects, because their using them hasn’t ever affected my customization experience at all.
Now, someone can impose their tacky (IMHO) effects onto my Spartan just because they nab a kill on me. Don’t like it.
