343i I think it would awesome if you would allow the Inheritor “Haunted Helmet” available in H4 for those who unlocked it in Reach. What do you guys think?
Nah, Reach is Reach, H4 is H4, you should never get something like that because you played an older game not part of the trilogies.
I actually think thats a great idea. If this really gets implemented into halo 4 then even after halo 4 there would still be a Reach population because people are trying to get the Haunted helmet

Black Ops had nothing to do with MW3 but your rank still shows up on your MW3 playercard. I just think it’d be cool if you were rewarded for your accomplishments in previous installments.
*At minimum I hope it shows your ranks from H3/Reach somewhere on your Service Record.

I thought that too but if they did that, the higher ranked users on Reach would be tempted to go back and get their rank to Inheritor, by any means necessary, rule breaking probably involved too, and it would move some of the population away from Halo 4 to do so, which wouldn’t be their goal.

Buy all the base helmets and reach the rank of Inheritor, it is an attachment for the Pilot and it costs 1 cR.
Yea but all those players returning to reach would eventually return to Halo 4 to show off and just play it because its the new halo.
I think this is a pretty good idea, really!
Maybe if you earned Recon on Halo 3 you get it on Halo 4, perhaps… Then again, people would be screaming :ZOMG WHEREZ MAH RECOWNZZZZ!!! CAN I HAZ???’
The only thing about recon though is that it was released to everyone on halo reach it would be weird if it wasnt available through play time and leveling up. Maybe they should bring back Hayabusa who knows.

Just because it’s not part of the trilogies? It doesn’t effect gameplay, so I see no reason why not. It’s no different than sporting that MJOLNIR Mk VI nameplate you’re using. It’s purely aesthetic and you don’t gain an advantage using it.
If anything, it shows loyalty to the Halo franchise… no matter how many faults the game may have. 
Nothing from prior Halos has ever carried over so I see no reason to let the Haunted Helmet carry over.
Halo 4 is a new game, everyone should start with the same clean slate just like every other game.
I think all of the helmets from halo reach and 3 should be in halo 4.
maybe also the mark iv from halo wars and the package.
Meh, Haunted looks stupid. I’d rather have something that actually looks cool.
That helmet just looks dumb.

New game = a clean slate. The only kind of carry over I would possibly like to see would be nameplates, but that’s it

H4 should have it’s own unique armor.
