I sincerely refuse to play ranked if it ends up being a 3v4, not everyone who wants to play competitvely has 3 premades; no pro player can win games 1v4 and climb to Onyx. I would like to see a loss forgiven system for games that end up being 3v4 or even worse; and its still possible to get banned at this point when you want to quit games that start like that. If you consider ranked to be working properly then you would agree teams with “equivalent” skill definitely have the advantage in most cases. To add I have seen people win 3v4’s, including myself, but it is more like a 80/20 chance. And to prevent fireteams from trading off quits then loss forgivens, fix the damn fireteam menu and groupings.
This is why I play mostly swat when playing solo. It is still very doable 3v4
