I’ve seen and played enough H4 to pre-order but would really like some examples and/or VIDEO of the JOIN IN PROGRESS features of Halo 4 and exactly how it is going to work.
What gametypes, what criteria (skill matching etc, limitation like not at the very end of the game w/1 kill left etc…), notifications to teamates/oppenents?
Sorry but we haven’t really seen much info. We just know that it will be restricted to some playlist. There’s mostly just speculation on the forums of how it will work.
it said somewhere (one of the Q&A bulitens i think, no linky) that if you dont want to join games in progress, you will be able to change it in the menu.

I was going to say, I asked this question to calm the nerves of some of the “loyal fans” that we have on this community. It basically means that if the game is green lighted to join you can join. “Playlist parameters” essentially means by what standards or guidelines they set for each playlist.
I am for one excited to see this feature finally implemented into the game. 1 v 4 was getting a little too easy. Don’t trip guys, 343i knows what their doing. I like others have faith in them and can’t wait what they show us next.
