This new update is awful. Lag issues, mediocre maps, and of course the pointless cosmetic reqs no one asked for. But to top it all off, it seems they are totally okay with banning you for their server issues. I’ve lagged out of multiple games today, and I’M the one who gets banned for 2.5 hours. I hope employees of 343i read this when I say: you are an embarrassment and disappointment IF you think it’s okay to treat your customers this way. Fix your issues, or just get rid of community feedback. I’d rather know that you don’t care what anyone says than be deceived into thinking my opinions and feedback matters.

The servers for Halo 5 are just bad. I’ve personally lost connection and been banned several times when my internet and every other game was working just fine.
I’ve never been banned for it, but I’ve definitely lagged out of games for absolutely no reason. It has happened an unacceptable amount of times and I know for a fact it isn’t my internet. Also, I’ve had my game crash to the home screen more times than I can count. Why are people so quick to dismiss legitimate concerns and defend 343? Yes they are trying and they do listen, but there are more problems with this game than they like to admit. A helluva lot more and you can’t deny that.
If you want to get a problem fixed the absolute worst was to go about it is to insult the people you need help from in a public setting. By insulting someone (especially an entire company) they lose any want to help you, you might not be happy about meridian but you come across as a kid who didn’t get the iphone 6s+ and instead just got a 6s for Christmas and are complaining about it.

Oh and this too. If you just complain the your honestly not helping. How about giving some actual input as to how to fix this problem or try fixing it yourself instead.
Well ever since the updat i see alot of small server lags in game… Like killing each other when u allready killed the enemy u still die by him, this happens like 3 times more often now. And some how it feels my shots take longer to reach the server thus taking longer to kill enemies on my screen.

Then how can you explain their connection being just fine on every other game and service besides Halo 5? Halo 5 just has bad servers, hands down.

I agree with you. H5 has some really bad server issues that have been destroying the gaming experience for many players. It boggles the mind to see so many people still defend 343i for their consistent mistakes. That’s why I doubt these things will ever be fixed because a good segment of the community is too forgiving.

No it’s not an opinion, he’s just stating the facts. There are huge lag spikes since the update, numerous threads about this. And people are getting disconnected and banned all the time. They need to fix this crap.

Have you even taken a look at just how much bandwidth H5 uses compared to other games?

Why have people gotten so salty in the world lately and think they are entitled to everything done their way or it’s wrong. If there was a legit problem with the game, servers, or gameplay, they would know about it and take care of it. So that means that right now they know about it and are working on it and you’re in the zone between it getting fixed and when the problem started, OR there is nothing wrong on their end so it’s best to check out what you can and let the company do their work.
