Goddammit, this game has been out for three whole weeks and lazy 343i has only added playlists, integrated Spartan Ops episodes, and listened to the community?
Process all of that; money-hogging 343 Industries have so far had more than 181,440,000 ticks to create one giant title update that would fix every single glitch, bug, and a couple of Multiplayer changes, but apparently counting bills is more important! Kill those infidels before they even lay another hand on programming such a vile game!
I’m not really sure you understand how much work goes into what you are asking them to do. We will get a TU as I’m sure they are working on it, be patient.
OP is ungrateful. They spent 3 years making a gorgeous game just to be bashed by some guy. Give them time dude, its like you don’t have anything better to do while you wait.
> All of this should have happened prior to release. Living in the age of downloadable content should not be an excuse for releasing an incomplete game.
Sadly a majority of big title games ship this way now.
i don’t think they are fixing any of the stuff the community is posting because this is their halo going forward and they are going to make it the way they want.
so by not fixing the game they assume that people will just get use to “their halo” and deal with it.

You both need to realize that since larger numbers are playing the game now besides just testers that more issues are turning up then they could have anticipated. They have no way of knowing what type of server problems, glitches and exploits would turn up post release. It takes months to years to create a game. They create them from the ground up. There’s bound to be issues somewhere. It’s only natural. If you could do better please do so. Otherwise be patient, be quiet and give them time to work on a title update. The game didn’t have a beta so the first month or 2 is basically that.

I’m a programmer for my day job. Trust me, I’m well aware that things happen that you just cant anticipate in any kind of small-scale digital environment. This is why you don’t see me constantly whining about flaws the game has.

Sarcasm or no, “Kill those infidels” is a little uncalled for, isn’t it?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this much stupidity in an OP.
Did you know 343i don’t work 24 hours a day? Also, patching a game can sometimes take longer than 3 weeks. Especially if 343i wanted to make sure that their patch didn’t A) Cause more problems than it fixed and B) Fixed a good number of bugs and tried not to leave any unfixed.
Seriously, I don’t even know why I bother coming onto these forums sometimes. I can’t say that I blame 343i for not wanting to.
Title updates are expensive. Do you think they can afford to put out a title update with every single glitch/bug? They want to wait a month so people find more so they can fix a -Yoink- ton of them…

3 Years to make a -Yoink- game you mean.
It failed all of our expectations for a game that took 3 years to make, thats why there are so many complaints. Give them time? How are you going to justify that? Why do they need more time? All of this should’ve been solved before the game went gold.

You don’t make games so you can’t justify jack -Yoink-.

Agreed. The closest I have ever gotten to being a programmer is dabbling in HTML, for a computer class in school, back in the late '90s, with extremely questionable results, and I even understand what you’re saying.
Seriously be patient and if you don’t like the game… leave/put it down for a bit and pick up a different game or do something else! You are crying about a title update 3 weeks in and the game is still playable unlike Halo 2 where the game was straight up garbage for months until a patch came out, Halo 3 suffered from issues at launch and people had to wait over a year to get a patch for Reach to become playable. You are a big reason why alot of 343i staff do not read/reply to most post on these forums anymore.
