Now I know all you 343 employees have to work at home while developing halo infinite but at home, which at real life homes can be a issue and really slow down developing the game. Now I don’t know you guys are out of the red in Seattle or you are consider a Essential business to like be open for certain hours. But I have a couple Ideas in mind for help develop halo infinite, plus fix stuff in mcc for during and after flights to have where my first Idea was have half the studio split to where one half is for smaller teams to fix like mcc, halo 5, and halo wars 2. The other half goes to halo infinite team so they can focus on getting the game more polish quickly and show multiplayer and then the flights and release of infinite.
The second idea was to have like a team go in the studio, like for example Monday would be halo infinite team that goes in, Tuesday would be mcc team, Wednesday be halo 5, and Thursday being halo wars 2 team, then Friday start back to halo infinite, then Saturday and Sunday have a day off, and continue the cycle of which teams can go in like if you went to school and your class schedule different each as in one of every 2 weeks you would have 2 gym classes in that week, and sometimes one.
Now the catch is the employees could wear mask or face shield, stay at the social distancing limits 5 feet, wash down stuff they touch or right after touching and have hands clean.
While the thought is nice, your suggestion would probably ruin the development of Infinite.
Your first point, to divide the Infinite team into 2 halves would most likely derail their current pace of progress. Saber Interactive is the studio currently working with 343’s publishing team to port the MCC to PC, provide QoL improvements, and fix bugs. There is 0 need for the Infinite team to help with the MCC. Halo Wars 2 just received a balance patch this month, and H5 hasn’t been supported in years. While it would be nice to see more continued and frequent support for these titles, I don’t see the point of ruining your next gen title to clear the cobwebs out of older titles. I would rather have a whole studio working together to deliver an amazing title.
Secondly, your rotating schedule suggestion seems very arbitrary. The team most likely has already locked in a WFH schedule, attempting to adjust to a new mixed schedule will waste valuable dev time. The team is better off staying from home for their health and safety, than trying to abide by some high school schedule for the sake of making one.
I think you should let people actually involved in the process (who would have actual knowledge and experience about how development works, what is necessary to put out a game, and how to actually manage staff) make the safety and staffing decisions.

The whole first half I mainly refer to have one have of the studio for halo infinite development team to work on halo infinite. Not go over and help the older halo games out as they have there own team.

Well this was just a idea. Not trying to tell 343 what to do other than express my idea
It totally depends on what the employees feel is safe. A company I know got everyone tested and they do it daily. 20 min for results. Other companies can afford to not work.
