I would join their team and be dedicated day in and day out to fix so many issues this game sees in the multiplayer aspect of things. You know where to find me. Wake me when you need me.
I would only apply if it was for 343 absolute overseer. To fix the game to cut the gimmicky crap and bring back RvB, get the extended fiction back on track, and make anything on the silverscreen actually relevant to the actually story. Instead of a point of contention. And do it for free!
343 only hired people who hate bungies arena shooter, they want employees that want to change it to overwatch and every other generic game today to get articles written about the CEO and how she changed the franchise for the better. Half the people that are passionate donāt want most of the things in infinite and I doubt 343 would want them in their circle, obviously 343 picks and chooses like-minded halo haters.

Unfortunately, itās not their higher priority to entertain you and/or provide you with an adventure that will boost your dopamine and adrenaline. They bring their personal problems to the table. Even the Halo TV series that these people produced, feels as a personal checklist of things that had to be done.

Halo is awful at this point and I canāt see myself ever returning to it. The only campaign I didnāt finish too thanks to itās lousy 24 hour DRM
