343i has betrayed and lied to every LE owner

343i, did you think you can sell LE content and get away with it? I amde this thread before which was locked after 343i said the GOTY edition didn’t have the LE armors. I was happy because I thought 343i listened and cared about the fans who spent more for their games. But I come back today to find I am dead wrong, 343i decided to included the EXCLUSIVE CONTENT from the limited edition in the GOTY anyway as people stop complaining.

I have never felt more disgusted from any game developer, what has been done complexity spits in the face of anyone who spent more money to support your game. Especially considering many of us who bought the LE have been loyal Halo fans for years, some since the very beginning.

Also, here is where 343i said it was exclusive:

343i has lied and betrayed everyone who bought the LE. What they did was lie to calm down all the LE buyers then when it was the right time, decided to sell us out. This is extremely immoral to do to your fans and it makes me angry how you can think people will be okay with it or be completely oblivious to the obvious lies. You should not sell content that is exclusive then sell it later, especially to people who were not even interested in the game at launch. The fact that you are doing this to try and get people who were never interested in Halo 4 to play might be the worst part of it all, it tells me that you don’t care about the fans you have now.

As i said in another thread, 343i has lost my revenue now… not a chance at all im even considering halo 5 after this…

I really could care less if people get Prime from the GOTY Edition, it’s not like they’re getting the physical content

I can’t imagine the kind of fuss that would have happened if they had included the FOTUS armor as well. I can see why they did include the LR Imprint though.

I made a thread about this that was locked because 343i said the LE content wasn’t included in the GOTY edition (I mentioned this in my post), I wanted to continue my thread with new information and have a new focus on the situation.

Sorry, I know I’m missing the point. However I doubt you bought the LE for the sake of having armor that only LE buyers could use. I think your making a massive deal over something incredibly small.

I didn’t buy the LE for armor skins. You are missing the point, the issue is 343i and Microsoft KNOWINGLY sold the LE Digital content as exclusive to the LE and are now selling it in the GOTY edition, which goes against what they advertised. They blatantly lied to LE buyers and are now using their exclusive content to try and get people who have never even played Halo 4 to buy the game. It is disgusting for them to do.

I have posted evidence which clearly shows 343i’s false advertising and where they changed the bulletin to include the LE content.
