343i customer support broken REQ pack. Official

I currently have a case open with xbox but they told me the problem I’m haveing they had before and they had to send the person to you guys for a fix. If someone who works for 343 industries on here could contact me that would be great. Thank you. What happened is I bought and redeemed the a REQ pack in Halo 5: Guardian but nothing appeared in game so I called xbox and Microsoft support for weeks and after being transferred back and forth over and over again I got ahold of a helpful person at xbox, hesubmitted my case to a higher team to see if they can help resolve this issue and also recommended I check out 343 Industries’ forums and social media to see if they have shed any light on this issue. He will also reach out in a few days via email to see how things are going.
I redeemed a code for the Halo 5: Guardians - Advanced Promotional REQ Pack that contains the Fotus Chill Rose Armor and Helmet, but even though the code was successfully redeemed, i cannot access the content. I’ve also done a ton of troubleshooting after contacting Microsoft and Xbox Support multiple times, such as clearing the console’s cache, checking my network and clearing my Mac address, and checking the forums for the token’s content. They have escalated your case on Xbox’s end to see if there’s anything else that can be done. Even after being promised a resolution on the matter by a manager and a few xbox helpers I get tossed around and toyed with I payed $25 for a broken req and that’s just one of the reasons req shouldn’t exist, The ranger team is working on it now but they also suggested I contact you guys. In case they can’t fix it. I’ve invested so much time and money in halo just to feel like I’m not valued as a customer by 343i. I have every halo disk ever released and it’s just really upsetting to pay for something and then not get it have to go though all of this get treated like a second priority strung along forever and then still not get it. I just want the armor and helmet I payed for.

I don’t think those kinds of codes are no longer supported, given that the set is already available in the REQ system.

Noticed that some other folk are having issues like this, passed a note on and 343 are going to have a look into it. I

@HaXoR73 they still work, Xbox verified that for me. I just never got my req pack

@stckrboy do you know when 343 will get e the armor I payed for? Also is there a way for them to email me. It would help me a lot to just talk to someone there and get this all fixed, I just want to kill some Grunts and Spartans wearing my Fotus.

@MajorRasta Sorry for the delay. I spent some time investigating and have confirmed that you now have the items you purchased. We were experiencing some communication issues during the initial attempts to redeem it
