At the news post in which BS Angel tries to do damage control to the crimson DLC drama a couple days back. Comments where deleted and are now completely blocked. Proofing that 343i doesn’t listen to the community. As they take cover behind censors.
Wake up 343i this is not the way you should be treating your community/fan base.

Im willing to bet that the comments got way out of control and it went from mature comments to just pain hate and angry pots resulting in a poitnless conversation. If people are gonna attact 343 then their not gonna wanna talk. Eberyone claims they dont listin to the players. Im sure they do but having to navigate so many pointless comments makes it difficult
Nah, that was literally all the comments there were. No swearing, the only one that was more ragey was mine…and that was pretty tame in my eyes.
lol This isn’t the first time the comment sections have been closed. On less…heated posts, this has been done in the past many, MANY times already.
Conspiracy theory? Dictator like behaviors? I sincerely doubt it but who knows for sure?
I am not affected really, i haz map pass. No maps are taking away from me nor do i have to worry about any trial dates and endings or further point purchasing.
Then again, why do some of you care about these map packs to game you’ve already written off as garbage and not as good as BOII? It makes no sense to me that people do this, obviously passionate and upset, have at the same time quit Halo 4. Explain that one to me.

It’s just as Swainooooo said, those where the messages there where about 4 more but all of them written in the same way as those in the screenshot.
I understand they would delete comments when they are trully out of hand, like swearing, getting to personal and such. But as you can see that is not the case here.
So i created this topic, if 343 can’t handle normal feedback than they shouldn’t be pretending they do.

Id rather see every comment though. Im not gonna think that one pic with some comments really shows what was said. I need the whole thing. It just in the last 3 days its been nothing but an attack on 343 and in a way i dont blame them for not commenting on the problem as fast as you would think they would. The players have aright to feedback because they bought the product but when you see 90% of the comments are just flat out hate and over the top who would wanna respond to that

Still…this has nothing on what Capcom does with it’s on disk locked DLC. Now that is shady business practices and worse than this by far.
It has yet to be confirmed that all three map packs are on the disk. I’ll wait.

Sorry but i only have that screenshot and one where the total number of post is visible. But not a screenshot where you can watch the other comments.
Even so don’t you think it’s pretty sad that i even need to make screenshots of basic things like that, in fear of censorship.
Wasn’t it the USA(And the majority of her people/companies) that has a big mouth about the censor that countries like china, North Korea, etc are using.

The first one isn’t So I doubt any others are.

It is really sad 343i is ruining their relationship with the community. But, it is all their fault.

It it kinda bad but at the same time if the comments get out of hand there’s no point. Thats why i said i need to see it all because im sure there was some pretty bad stuff said. Yeah it looks like 343 is trying to hide but at the same time they have tones of players that are taking things to far and its to the point where why bother. If no one get be mature enough why waste the time. Its stuff like that where gamers give the gaming comunity a bad rep. Selfish players are running in high numbers and when something goes wrong it get blown wide open

Censorship by the government. Private entities are fully permitted to censor things unless requested otherwise by a court.
When you sign up for quite literally anything on the web there is always a EULA, TOC, or TOC, that says pretty much they can censor you anytime they like. The second you click accept you are bound by that. While not necessarily -right- they are allowed to.
Free speech is not something that is protected on the internet as it is not government owned.
Well folks, as you can see 343i/Microsoft have no integrity at all. Nice little story they cooked up there to hide behind. 14day trial - lol so thats going to be their pretext for pulling the map packs back off non-paying recipients in a couple of weeks time?

I don’t really understand the cover up. Why not just admit they messed up? People make mistakes, they are only human.
I guess they are covering it up so the LE and map pack purchasers feel less angry…idk.
I would be very upset if I bought the map pass though and those individuals do deserve something.

I bought the map pass and I still think it is wrong how people who got it for free are getting screwed
