here it is the 9th. i still have yet to get my codes, i have talked to xbox support on the phone and they refer me to here, but what does “here” get me, nowhere! i pre ordered my halo 4 through best buy and started playing aprox 45 min after the launch. i hit rank 70 on the 1st. have completed master rank on a few accomendations since, played plenty of games, all the exp down the drain, why? cuz i didnt get my code. xbox support even confirmed all my info was up to date. i checked all my emails folders numerous amount of times. i want what is rightfully mine as with other players of the mass numbers who have the same problems. i have played halo since the beginning and dont feel 343 is living up to the terms of the offer that is at hand. I meet all the requirements of the offer but yet i dont get my code. its not fair by far. i am 24 years old, i have played plenty b4 and on the 20th, and i live in united states. so why cant i get my code? ill tell you why, cuz 343 doesnt want to give every eligible person what is theres. they would rather give some ppl the codes, and possibly release the rest in a dlc that forces ppl to BUY it. bungie would never have let this happpen EVER. my gamertag is: azarakiah

Well your thoughts are stupid I have been playing Halo since it came out when i was six and things haven’t really changed no 343i isn’t bailing on you they gave the codes away a week ago through your email well not 343i,MicroSoft so go bother them

It was a dumb idea these LE and SE spec codes. One it creates a class system and places us at each other’s throats because of it. And two “Never” impede your population from playing your game.

i have been playing since the first halo also, read the books too, microsoft even told me on the phone they are not in control of the codes, 343 is. never got email, no spam either. they didnt send it to me. and if they havent bailed on ppl why does the specialization code thread keep piling up? cuz they wont give them to EVERYONE who participated in the offer. notice how there isnt any updates form any mods on that thread? they simply look the other way.
One other thing Don’t you see every company is doing this given some things away an other things you need to buy. The gaming Industry is bigger than Hollywood or some movie thing Whatever. GAMES make millions-Billions in a day or week Movies don’t. I see that WOW is doing this now well i heard play for free to a certain level buy the rest.
Diablo is also doing this and other Gaming Companies will follow i’ts business. Get use to it. It’s not going anywhere
