The one thing I miss most about previous halo games when we go to matchmaking, is the map voting system. I really miss it because at least we got the choice to which map we play on.please bring it back 343i!!!

Voting wasn’t a thing till reach. I supported a veto option for a long time, but I think what I’d prefer now is for the system that picks the map to just not ever under any circumstances allow you to play on the same map twice in a row.
Honestly I don’t miss it… I hated playing the same map 5 out of 6 times. Like Adrift on Halo 4 (Good map but I you can only play a map so much)
For social playlists totally, ranked ones should be random.
Don’t miss it at all, thank god I don’t have to play Haven 8 out of 10 games anymore.

I agree with this. I hate getting Mongoose Sumo, Minotaurs, and Tank World on action sack and having to either dashboard or play 20 minutes of Tank World.

I agree with all of these sentiments. Here’s my more specific thoughts:
- Voting can rot in Hell
- The rotation needs to be more thorough somehow. I know we aren’t supposed to compare Halo to any other franchise under risk of death, but Battlefield nails servers. I wish Halo handled servers the exact same way- rotating maps that show you what you’re playing next, a natural “party up” system, it’s all perfect lol
Voting wouldn’t be a problem if 343 could make more than 2 good maps lol. But a veto system right now would be great.
Voting, no for reasons already stated, Veto I’m okay with.

Agreed. It’ll keep everyone on their toes, even it out a bit because your NOT going to play the same bloody map every time.
They should let us all ingame.
Decide wether we like a map or hate it.
You will still play like normal, but those votes will influence a map weight update.
Example; If a map receives a lot of hate you won’t see it much after the “update”.
i honestly support the veto system more than the other two systems. if you vetoed you had no idea what you were going to get, resulting in either a good or bad map. also the voting system only mad it to where you would only get the same matches over and over again.

They took out the voting system so that every map would be used equally.

Whatever they use to randomize needs to be fixed. I played the same map on BTB 3 game sin a row on Sunday
