Hi 343i!
I will begin to thank you for your work so far on Halo Master Chief Collection. I love the possibility to play Halo once again on Xbox one.
But… Halo 3 isn’t working at all. Not in campaign, neither in multiplayer. I have from other forums read that Halo 3 work when USA or UK is set as region. I have Sweden as my region. I tried to change region to USA and apparently this did the trick. Now Halo 3 work.
I consider this workaround very temporary because I like my Xbox on my native language (Swedish) because of my children who doesn’t understand English yet.
My concern is that I haven’t heard anything directly from you on 343i if you are aware of this problem and that you are working on this matter.
Same here. When I try to run any Halo 3 Campaign mission the game crashes/freezes at the loading screen. My region is also Sweden. When I change it to English (United Kingdom) and try again it suddenly works. If I switch my region back to Sweden it crashes again. I am running the current latest version of the game (I am logged into Xbox Live when trying to play).
Me too. Everyone I have seen who has this problem is from sweden. I believe its something that was bugged in our day 1 patch. The reason, I think, h3 works in other regions is because 343i released diff updates for diff regions. Why? I dont know but I know that h3 isnt working and thats a big problem. Even if its just a small amount of people affected please fix this 343. There is an entire game in the collection that is basically excluded because of this bug. I also consider switching my region on the xbox a temporary solution and although you have a lot on your hands, at least acknowledge this issue so we know you know about it and so we know it will be dealt with. Thank you.
