Time Warner customer here bought a $60 paperweight in MCC back in the day because of the unplayable lag/freezing that occurred. It’s hilarious to me that it still occurs in MCC as well which does not bode well for the other $60 paperweight i bought in H5. I am willing to bet my life savings that this “company” ignores this issue just like they did in MCC. It is absolutely unacceptable that this “company” releases this game with a known issue from MCC in it. There are thousands of people with this exact issue and 343 does nothing about it. Its ridiculous. I will not be forced to change ISPs because of an issue YOU HAVE with them. Be an actual company and fix the issue that is causing the lag/freezing in your “breakout” game. I can guarantee you any future Halo projects you have will not do so well if you continue ignoring your consumers like you have been doing. Yes I’m upset, who wouldn’t be upset that they spent $120 total on two games from the same “company” that they can not play? But i know i’m wasting my breath posting here seing as 343 will not see this or will continue to ignore it. Rant over. Later.
People have been complaining about this since day one with still no response or acknowledgement. Also, feel free to post in this thread as well:
This one has 11 pages (definitely the biggest regarding this issue) and the bigger it gets, the harder it is to ignore. Also, if you have Twitter, or even just want to create a Twitter for it, blast @halo on there with links to these forum posts or just describing your problem. They have been FAR more responsive on there about problems than they are on the forums- they reply to like individual bans on there. Although I’ve been sending them tweets for the past days with no response. Regardless, the more noise we make about this the more likely it is to get fixed. It’s ridiculous they haven’t even given us an update on this issue yet.
