343 you need to fix these random disconnections

hey you guys at 343i,

for the past few days i have been having the problem of being randomly disconnected while my internet is fine and my Xbox doesn’t even disconnect. and as if thats not bad enough, The server counts it as “Quiting” and bans me at first thats not so bad but the ban keeps getting longer.

please 343 fix this issue because it has also ruined some great games for me!

Same here. I even finished the damn game. Watched the guy who won do their victory pose at the end, immediately followed by connection lost. I’m even able to view the carnage report when hitting select. 8 hour suspension. Overwatch can’t get here quick enough.

you werent banned for the DC on that game, the game finished and counts as complete. you most likely have a DNF from the game or two before. the game has a lsight delay when it initiates a ban.

once the announcer says game over the game is over you cant get a DNF for that game. you were thrown from the lobby to serve a ban for the DNF you had a game or two before hand

yup, thats a different issue. i get disconnected in the middle of games while i don’t lose internet connection at all.

I guess I’m lucky in a way. I get like 3 to 5 disconnections a day, but I never get suspended.
