I remember typing a post, years ago, to 343 after they released the money hungry, XBL Gold subscription and DLC fiasco that was Halo 4, that Halo 5 was going to be the lowest selling Halo ever, that they would lose millions by -Yoink!- off the player base. They cut Halo Reach off at the knees, removing ALL of the DLC content, that players paid for, from the playlists and tricking people into buying Halo 4 content that, amazingly, they did the same thing with.
You buy it, and suddenly it’s nowhere to be found… and then they expect people to keep buying more.
Fools. Greedy fools.
The collapse of Halo as a major franchise is a direct result of how they treated the loyal players.
… that they never figured that out proves they don’t deserve stewardship of the game.
They don’t understand how a gamer’s head works and because of that, they’ve lost millions of dollars and brought a once great franchise to ambiguity.

Instead of playing Halo 5, I’m reveling in the reality that I didn’t purchase it.
Why let them rip me off again?
