now in the latest community update, it reads like this: “If you’re thinking that the playlist count is growing beyond the original parameters that were set, you’re absolutely right. For now, the large majority of these playlists are quite healthy population-wise, but a time will come where we need to make some tough decisions about what stays and what goes.” Now, yes there should be a limit to playlists, especially for a game made of four games, but i feel like the limit you guys have set is too low. Currently there are 13 playlists. I think 16 playlists should be maximum. Right now, the population clearly isn’t as good as it should’ve been because of the ruined launch. But that’s not what this thread is about. Dont worry about posting here 343, we won’t bash you on this. However, better playlists could help a lot in bringing the population up. The population is okay now, but when i look into the playlists, they’re almost all competitive and not just social fun. Ranks or no ranks don’t change this imo. Action sack was the first great step forward, as its so many people’s favorite playlists, and offers diversity and fun not found in many other playlists. If you continue this trend, you will hopefully eventually please and satisfy the community in the multiplayer department. These are my plans of action.
Remove HCS (HCS is almost done anyway and offers no diversity except 3 maps)

Keep Hardcore (I wouldn’t mind if you removed it, and it is seen at the bottom of the population playlist ranking, however keep it if possible)
Add Multiteam
Add Infection
Add Objective

And viola, you have 16 playlists if nothing changes from this list.
I cringed when i saw that they would be making tough decisions of removing playlists. I am open to feedback to improve this list by anyone. Also there will be no need for rotational playlists if we have all these permanent
