You are a triple A game developer, halo 5 is 17 months old, there is no excuse, no excuse at all for the game to be this laggy, custom browser that freezes all of the time, custom games that freeze all the time, Troubles getting my fricken game information all the time, and my most recent irritant, the REQ station not loading, I can access and sell them in the main menu, NO EXCUSE for me not being able to access them in game. This game is 17 months old we have given a TRIPLE A FRANCHISE WORTH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS into your hands, NO EXCUSE for this many bugs, none whatsoever. I thought you fixed that stupid REQ glitch months ago, there is absolutely no reason for a TRIPLE A game franchise to have this many bugs at all LET ALONE a year and a half old, this is HALO this should be a polished by now, it should’ve been polished on release, I love halo so much and I will never have a game series I love more but these little glitches have to be fixed
yeah you’re working on halo 6 as you should be, still no reason to stop on halo 5, none, there are still people playing this game so you should still be paying attention, for the love of God you had an update for Reach fixing problems on the Xbox one and it’s 7 years old, and it’s still smoother and it wasn’t even created for this system
If you wish to report any issues you should do so in the support forums, there are thread for tracking issues with servers, REQ system, etc. Screenshots, video clips and links to game are encouraged when providing feedback

This update was provided by the backwards compatibility team at Xbox, not 343
