There are tons of people on your forums needing help. What do you do? Turn a blind eye. Look how many people you have ran off do to your lack of customer service. Do yourself and the halo legacy a favor and hire some more people to troll the forums and help people out cause at this point you have NO customer service.

While they made a title update only fixing GLITCHES and BUGS, they have not responded to the community’s main issues, such as weapon balancing, bullet magnetism, etc… I’m sure you’ve read all about them.

So, I’m laughing at you.

You are 1000000% right,i dont expect them to get into rank debates or code debates ect , but i expect a general comment when so many people are talking about the same thing on the forums…a sorry about the mess about the specializtion codes and a date when they will be released to all ( anyone who thinks they are waiting until the community hit a certain halo 4 target are living in dream world) an admission that the file share isnt working and what they are doing about it, and how they think a rank on waypoint makes any difference, just a genaral post instead of the bull **** bulletin which ignores the feelings and frustrations of what really going on and just tries to hard sell us the new map pack…343 we feel like a cash cow ,let down and ignored and that could be put right with just one direct blogg a week looking at the forum issues. please dont say give them a chance blah,blah,blah they are ignoring us !

+1 Internets. As a community gamers have got this idea in their head that developers need to hire a team of 100 people to write back to all forum posts. From a PR standpoint, talking to us on a forum would be a nightmare. Companies use official marketing approved messages, and when the publisher is MS you can expect to see 100% more of that corporate approach.

Also, I’m not too knowledgeable about how coding and such works (and neither are you, I’d bet), but I’d imagine stuff like that takes much more time to modify than simply patching glitches and bugs. Not to mention the time it takes to plan, prioritize, gather accurate info, etc.

You have no reason to be laughing till you’ve got a proper argument defending your claim. Of course, it doesn’t exist, so…

Posting this will not do anything. If you want to make a complain go to xbox live chat and tell them you want to make a complaint about their service.

If you find yourself wondering why this change list is shorter than previous ones, it’s because we’ve been hard at work on a Title Update, which is slated to release soon. You’ll know it’s out when you’re prompted to download an update upon logging into Halo 4. We will detail the contents of the TU after it’s out (as it contains exploit fixes we don’t want abused any more than they already are while they’re live). We can tell you right now that this particular TU tackles actual game and gameplay issues, not sandbox tweaks and balances. We have another TU in the works and will continue working on the timing and content of the next one. We will update everyone when we have additional information. One TU at a time, as they say.

It was in the weekly update this week. After reading it again it doesn’t specifically say tweaks to the sandbox and balancing but does imply that they next TU will tackle some of those issues. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Sure it takes more time. What is your point? I was talking about community responsiveness, rather than implementation of a TU fixing these things. And if it’s on the bulletin then I already said I was mistaken, learn to read the thread please. Took them long enough to respond though…

If you are talking about the Specialization codes that was Microsoft’s responsibility, not 343i’s. If you are talking about updating the game 343i just did a pretty large update and have announced they are currently working on a second. So OP you sound increadibly silly.

It’s all good. People (not you specifically) seem to fail to realize that they can’t simply come out and say that they are fixing something before they know if it’s possible or even worth it. Changing one little thing in one part of the game can vastly affect the rest of the game or crash part of it all together. Bungie was always very hush hush on these types of things for that reason. They collect data, analyze it, and start testing. Once they have some firm answers they share them with the world. They simply can’t react to every complaint that pops up on the forums.

However it would be nice to see them address the specialization issue a little more. Like maybe just bite the bullet and unlock it for all but again it may not be as simple as that. I’m sure the way they did it seemed like a good idea at the time but didn’t quite work out they way they planned. Live and learn I guess.

Oh really now? What is 343 Industries customer service number? Also when you call Microsoft they send you to these very forums.

The biggest issue is the Specializations and they promised everyone and not everyone eligible received them.
