343.... Yea, I'm Calling YOU Out....

Can at least ONE employee from 343 kindly take 5 min out of your day and come on this forum and explain to me your reasoning for STILL having a horribly BROKEN JIP system? This monstrosity should have been totally removed or AT LEAST made OPTIONAL…so what is this great reasoning behind us not being able to at least CHOOSE if we want JIP on or off?..we shall be here waiting for your response…

I don’t like the JIP either…but I think it is necessary…when you have a game where several team members quit early, you are at a complete disadvantage…JIP makes it so that the teams are at even strength, which gives the team that the players quit from a better, almost equal chance of winning

Agreed, BUT then if you want it you would simply have JIP [on]…

But also to disagree with you, this also cause tremendous lag or black screen when people constantly join and quit cause of many different reasons (team they joined are already loosing, game is almost over, game they joined is full of lag, or a maps they don’t like, meta etc)… Thus, keeping the teams unbalanced and now with extra annoyances.

Jip is a good thing. I strongly support it for not just halo, but any game at all with multiplayer action. It not only keeps the teams fair when a guy quits on you, but allows you to quit without ruining the game and -Yoink!- off others. And contrary to popular belief, rarely is there lag and black screen during the process, players come and go without incident most of the time

JIP would be less necessary if you couldn’t back out of the lobby once map voting started.

If they made this simple change there would be less of a need for JIP, although it would be still useful when people actually quit.
