I will say I do understand that everything that publicly said has to be okayed by corperate, thats how the industry is right now, so the devs do need to lean on thier bosses for this, I fully reconize that, anyway:
343< TALK TO US, give us CLEAR DETAILS about what is going on, your methods, what you see in the feeback, ect. If this game is gonna keep a soild playerbase with this little content (much wof which is VERY overpiced) for 6 months, you folks needs to keep us in the loop as much as possible, if ya dont poeple are just gonna think ya dont care and abandon the game, and your choices so far up untill very recently havent helped.

Their preferred method of communication goes through bank accounts.
The fact that spoiled 13yr olds are already buying battlepass and microtransactions is all the information they needed (Just go in matchmaking and you’ll see at least one player on each team with fancy overpriced colors).
And 343i’s answer is: The prices stay the same.
I’m sorry brother, but they don’t care about you. They’ll continue to keep loyal fans in the dark because they can.

oh im well aware some of them dont care, but paintbrushing the company as a whole just isnt reality. The folks who made the choices about the prices? for sure, but worse things have been overcome by making enough noise, giving up isnt gonna do any good.
They have been replying a bit on reddit and subsequently getting ripped to shreds. I feel bad for them but at the same time I’m having trouble understanding their severe lapses in judgment.
what sorts of replys have they been making about the prices?
Nothing specific to prices, but right now the big issue is people just wanting to play Team Slayer and they are saying that “development constraints” are preventing that from happening. Even though such a playlist has practically been the foundation of multiplayer for over 10 years.
Just go back to MCC, brother. I am tbh.
thing is, whenever ya add something like that to a game, ya have to do a testing cycle, which takes time, and on top of that they have to update the matchmaking servers and search algorithm and work that into the testing. Bear in mind from what we know this game was a special sort of hell to make, and they likley had to cut a lot of stuff for time for launch.
also, due to halo infinite’s high SBMM, dilution of the playerbase over multiple playlists is a much bigger issue, thats likley why they rolled all the gamemodes into 3 playlists.
not saying I agree with the choice, but I understand the likley reasons, and am willing to wait so the devs dont get overworked.
