343...why is H5 still freezing all the time?

I know there have been freezing issues since Halo 5 came out in 2015, but my freezing problems did not start until I got an Xbox One X in the fall of 2017, and 18 months later I continue to have these issues.

I put in several games this week already and began to tally up how many times the game freezes and then I have to quit out and restart the entire game.

So far out of 20 games I have had it freeze and force me to restart the game 17 times. The math on that 343 is 85% of the time!

Why have you folks not fixed this?

Also, I have cleared cache, re-installed the game several times (digital version), blah blah blah…this is ON YOUR END.

I’ve never had it freeze up that much. The only time it really freezes on me lately is when I try to back out of the intermissions too quickly. Hopefully this issue doesn’t happen with Infinite.

I freez 2-3 times every day. I hate this problem. i hope in a fix
