I have never seen it again since pointing out how awesome it was on here. Has any one else recently played it or did they take it away since it was actually fun?
Every time Sanctum shows up I cross my fingers, but I haven’t encountered it in a long time.
I’d like to see it more often and on different maps. Hopefully, something they’re putting into the update.

It’s Firefight with only Grunts. It was a mode in Halo: Reach (and maybe ODST, but I haven’t played ODST in awhile).

They’re are some rounds when it is only Grunts. I know Apex 7 has one.
Maybe 343i deemed it “too fun, casual, and enjoyable” for their game.

Huh, neat. Is it anything like it was in Reach?
I’ve seen rounds of all grunts on Sanctum. It was a bunch of the mostly shielded ones. It was actually kind of painful :D.
I got it on Sanctum yesterday and it was fun. I usually demolish the grunts on the garage roof. Too Bad I was lagging.

The shielded ones are definitely the best looking grunts. I’ve been struggling on Stormbreak to do the neck snap assassination on one but I never could. The white and purple looks perfect on all covenant, it’s a shame that Jackals didn’t get their own version, probably cause they would become broken.

Glad to hear some one had it recently. guess I have just had bad luck for awhile.
The Gruntpocalypse round does happen, but it’s very rare.

Is it the grunt mech with the knight bouncers everywhere? Yeah I get him ALL the time.

No there is no grunt mach. I posted a video of what gruntpocalypse is in this thread. I have only played it on sanctum but apparently it comes up in apex 7 as well.
