The many crucial times I’ve called in an over shield to defend my armory and I do not receive is utterly dispicable. For instant I’m playing war zone on raid on apex 7 , the enemy controls the west armory and the spire and are making a heavy push for our only base east armory . My team mates are scrubs who runs out into the open and get slaughtered by all types of vehicles and snipers. The enemy team is at the front step of our armory. I decided to spawn in with an overshield so I can defend . I spawn… Looks around… Why am I not glowing green ? Why isn’t my Spartan covered with another layer of shield ? I wait a view seconds . Maybe it was caught in traffic , who knows ? The enemy team is bombarding our armory with grenades , I drop one enemie but it’s futile . They successfully took me down in a matter of seconds , t-bags me , and triple caps. Now I spawn again thinking , now I’ll get my overshield 
But Noooooo never got my overshield >:(This is not only with over shields either , this happens with active camo , speed and damage boost. It’s very frustrating and I’m tired of losing my req cards that I did not sell or got a chance to use . 343 when will you fix this problem ?
I’ve never encountered that problem. Make sure you actually click the card instead of backing out after thinking you clinked it.

it’s an actual thing that happens. ive had it happen to me also and my card was gone despite not getting the power up.
I’ve had that happen a few times with speed boosts. I doubt it will ever be fixed.
Speaking of overshields, they need to make a double layered one for WZ instead of just having a single layer that degrades slower.

I think it would be better just to remove the degration. What’s wrong with damage being the only thing that gets rid of it. I’ve never used an over shield and had more than half of it left when I’m being attacked.
ive heard others complain about this problem but never experienced it myself. but i almost never use power ups

And for example if I had level 8 reqs and used a level 4 over shield . My reqs would go down to 4 and I wouldn’t have my overshield
That has happened to me, but I think it is user error. Select weapon, req approved, select OS, then spawn. See what I did wrong.
I once tried to spawn with active camo, and the same thing happened, except I survived longer than I usually do, and after boss blew up, I finally got it. You just have to live long enough, that’s all.

we shouldn’t have to live for 10 minutes just to get our os that we spent req energy on.

Same here, although when I have used powerups they all seem to activate immediately.

it doesn’t happen that often. it’s a pretty rare occasion but it’s annoying as hell when it does happen.
I think it’s because you have to stand still for a second to put it on. If you begin running immediately it won’t give it to you until you stand totally still and the animation happens.

Lol I stand still . Wait a few sec it still doesn’t give it to me . Sometimes it gives it like 2mins after but I shouldn’t have to wait that long. Sometimes it doesn’t give it at all

Similar thing happened to me, I sprinted halfway across the map and once I was a short ways out from where I was going my spartan pulled his power marshmallow out from his -Yoink- and I got to charge in with a fresh overshield, it worked out for me but was a little confusing, I just chocked it up to lag

Yea it’s good for those types of situations but when you’re trying to defend its quite annoying
so i know for me this has happened once before if after i die i spawn a req card, then try to add another req card of top i didnt get the second req
i was told if you die you need to only pick one card respawn then go to a req station and grab the other req you want to use. i never tried that though but have friends that do it this way to make sure they get all their reqs they want
