Has anyone gotten an explanation regarding forge maps in the MM playlists? Some of the best maps are forged, like Relay. I wanna play some good old no radar forged arena map slayer. The community has good maps, too. I don’t know why 343 doesn’t just put the maps up. Variety would increase the game’s longevity and keep the game fresh. The very reason they said they want rotating playlists!
The players have good ideas. I would just like to hear official word on what they are working on.
You know how long it takes to sort through those maps? How long it takes to play test them? I seriously doubt you’ve made a perfect map that won’t need feedback and tweeking.
It takes a long time to get a map right. And that’s with a lot of playtesting and made by designers. I mean, they just pushed out a map pack, for chrisssake.
So take a breather, bro. There are a lot of things worth complaining about at this point, but this ain’t one of 'em. Slow your roll.
There are more important things to fix before they should start with the forge maps, and as Butcherrr said, they just released the map pack.
Thankfully there are none, I’d prefer to keep matchmaking forge free for a while longer. Forge maps are bland and boring, keep them out for a while longer. Or give them a separate playlist so everyone who doesn’t want to get stuck in a ton of unfamiliar repetitive maps can avoid them.
