Supposedly any armour changes have to go through a very lengthy process.
Has 343 fixed ANY armour thats mesed up, at all, yet?
Devs probably hoping the negative feedback justs fades away with time.
But they just screwed over the most patient, grindy group of halo players, so it’s just another grind to get 343 to change the frikkin armour back to what was shown

Add to that feeding the worst toxic community with these decisions. I legit have read stuff that makes my blood boil.
I say 343 actually gives us something that actually means something as an apology for this whole headache. Like fix the original coating so it’s mostly white, give us the red visor and just give us the haunted helmet for reaching the max rank.
We need exclusively that actually shows the amount of effort/time that we put in. Idk how hard it is to just give us something special.
Like it’s no different than bungie giving out the red flame for crazy feats in the game.

I fully agree with you. The haunted helmet would be an amazing reward for the headache we have been through.

I’m on board with the haunted helmet. I would rather 343 leave the coating how it is if we receive the haunted helmet in return. I believe the skull perfectly represents all the time we spent and how much we grinded out Halo 5 with all the legendary xp boosts used in the process. I was fine with spending money restocking on boosts knowing that the funds are going to the company that’s developing the best Xbox franchise of all time. Would this be a possible resolution? I think it’s an awesome idea and every 152’er would be content.

Think about it though, what kind of lengthy process can it be? They’re not Steve Jobs being perfectionist over every little detail, so it’s more likely a quick discussion on what can they push out the door as quickly as possible and move on without really getting some quality feedback. And I say this completely honestly. 343 is tonedeaf to what their customers want. By a country mile and a leadership review is desperately needed.
That’s why the game is in the state that it’s in. No leader over there is telling their team that they aren’t meeting their expectations. It just put on the fans to react and then we’re the bad guys.
Steve Jobs woulda fired the whole lot of 343 by now so they should count their blessings that they have jobs still after this mess.

Maybe they cant. But at this point im done giving any benefit of the doubt.

The problem is that they gave us a coating that is not the one they showed in the first place. So simple that it would be to put the real 152 coating. Maybe they are saving it to sell later.
