So for the last 6 hours that i have been trying to play,(spent almost 3 hours banned) i have been kicked from games which is saying that i have quit, when i havent… changing fireteam, yet im playing by myself and on invite only to see if that would help me from this problem but hasnt. Now this has lead to me getting banned for 1mins to 3mins to 19mins to an hour ban and finally at 2 day ban… because of something that is out of my control… i dont care if im going neg/losing i just want to play but im finding it impossible to play when i keep grtting kicked and banned for it… i would like some answer, yet im know that im not going to get any… in my eyes the beta was playing alot better then h5.

I believe this was suggested by Gym in the last thread you started about this issue.
I’d be willing to be it is your ISP that is the root cause of the problem. Do you, by chance, use Time Warner as your ISP?

That’s not his problem.
I fear that this will happen to because, though not very often (but more often now since I have the windows 10 dash preview on my xbox) my internet connection will drop sometimes when to much bandwidth is being used in the house, or my xbox does a random update. This could potentially lead to a ban and its out of my control. I just hope 343I has a system in place to detect that sort of thing.
If it is a problem caused by his ISP, then there is nothing that 343i can do to resolve the problem.
If it is his ISP that is at fault, which is what the little “evidence” provided would suggest, there are realiatically two options:

Get the ISP to admit and fix the issue. Getting them to admit it is there fault is almost as difficult as getting a refund from most ISPs.
-
Change ISP - which can be a major pain, but if the current ISP isn’t up to scratch, you’re better off with another ISP anyway.

Um no i dont believe australia has them as a isp and no their not…

Just an assumption on my part, sorry. It appears that that US ISP is causing major problems.
But in all honesty, the symptoms you have given suggest a problem with your ISP
