It has already been said but i’ll say it again. 343i has made mistakes, but they are NOT stupid enough to kill of Master Chief. There is absolutely no reason to. No one hates him, (if you do i’ll bash your head in) and that would KILL Halo. Secondly, 343i may make MC not playable in order to develop his character. But that would ALSO be stupid. SO please let us end this argument here.

343 aren’t going to do either. Iconic character and all that.
But a part of me wish that they did, simply in the hopes that maybe the worst of the overly-obsessed people would find some other fandom to attach themselves to.

If you haven’t picked it up already in #HUNTtheTRUTH, ONI is desperately trying to portray chief as a villain, when really he probably did nothing, Notice how everything in HUNTtheTRUTH revolves around ONI? Even Spartan locke works for ONI

Seriously?..They’re not going to kill Master Chief, he’s the freakin’ Mario of Xbox. It’s also confirmed that you will play as him.

I hate to be pedantic but I thought it was just confirmed that he was the main hero/character of Halo 5 not that we would actually be playing as him…especially since they have explicitly confirmed that Locke will be a playable character…
