The 343i Chopper has potential, but it’s nowhere near what the Halo 3 Chopper brought to the table.

Indeed, the inability to straight-up one-shot ram vehicles with the Chopper in Halo Infinite is pretty disappointing. It’s going to be awhile before the vehicle gets restored back to its former glory.

I think the fact it cant strafe and shoot is particularly why it needs a better ram. The gun isn’t as deadly as the ghosts due to accuracy and ability to maintain tracking. general Vehicle to vehicle damage needs to be higher too.

My first time using the brute chopper it fell over on its side when all I did was turn. I got stuck and had to get out. Amazing.

Brute Chopper is a meme right now.
Any vehicle can just smash into it headon and walk away laughing.

The entire difference between the Brute Chopper and literally any other vehicle is its anti vehicle properties by ramming with boost, 1 shotting smaller vehicles like the Goose, Ghost or even Hogs.

IN FACT, IT MOVES SO SLOW NOW, PLAYERS JUST WALK UP AND HIJACK IT.

the damage is weakened, the controls of all vehicles are off - like they are too light and get sent flying too easily by a simple rock, and the boost on the chopper is too short/slow. (its overall speed is slow now too)

i agree… it needs improvement.
step 1. speed it up. probably by 20% or more. (a sprinting player should not be able to catch up with it without using hookshot/etc)

step2- ramming needs to be detrimental to the rammed - not the chopper. those big saw-blade wheels? yeah… they are SUPPOSED to tear things up in front of them, not play bumper cars.

step 3- brute shots from the chopper need to do about 30% more damage, or increased splash damage. Having to be 100% precise shooting on that vehicle is near impossible with it’s front mounted guns - it’s ALWAYS relied on the explosive splash to assist it’s damage.

Currently feels like a knockoff ghost without its signature vehicle destruction ramming. Please fix indeed.
