You’ve constantly repeated that you’re listening to the community. Here’s a video of some of the worst desync I have personally experienced so far.

Sorry for how cringe it is, it’s hard to learn how to voice your thoughts through video editing, but I’m working hard on it. In order to facilitate discussion, I would also like to know how “normal” everyone considers this amount of desync? For me, this was the most extreme case, but I’ve had quite a few be almost on par. And I experience it in some sort of way for over 90% of my games. I’d love to know how that compares to everyone else’s experiences.
I had exactly the same experience. 14 out of 15 ranked games were just lagged out or desynced beyond belief. In every game I was dying to, according to my screen, 3 shots from BR, grenades that were never thrown, or people that just appeared out of thin air near me. I’d start taking damage with no enemies in sight repeatedly, only to see someone round a corner almost half a second later.
Just because someone hears or listens to you doesn’t mean they immediately do what you want them to.
Common misconception.
Fortunately, 343i did say they were investigating the issue whatever that means.
I think this is almost entirely due to difference in platforms, but I would love to be proven wrong and it be some small code issue that can be fixed in a few months.
343 the people who thoroughly tested the fix to BTB that just added more latency somehow and did nothing to resolve the issue it was intended to resolve.
My desync has been awful lately, it’s normally playable but my last game was horrible it was happening to every one, my melees wouldn’t hit and I survived a sword attack because it didn’t register my enemies first hit.
