No, it needs a new studio that has full time employees.
The short term contracting definitely was the achilles heel. You cant do something as complex as design a video game from the ground up and give turnover to a completely different set of progammers and expect them to seamlessly pick up where the previous group had left off. This business strategy was far too ambitious and it really bit them in the behind.
The true is that Halo indeed deserves better, It’s a shame that a great franchise like halo is in this deplorable state right now

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, that YouTube video is a monument to all of 343’s sins.
343 has such a terrible track record when it comes to Halo or video games in general. I also think it’s time a new studio stepped in and handled Halo correctly. But I don’t think Microsoft really even cares, all they ever push is GamePass propaganda because that’s the only thing going for Xbox at the moment.
