(ignore the pun in the title.)
For the love of all things humane, give team heavies its own playlist. Theres no reason not to and it will help maintain my sanity. I do not believe everyone running around with heavy ordinance and large vehicles is the definition of fun, or even the slightest bit of competitiveness thats in big team slayer which no one plays anymore. PLEASE give me the old BTB back, this heavies this is the most annoying thing in existance.
Of course, its an opinion, but if you like it Wouldnt you LOVE for it to be its own playlist? its a WIN WIN. which god knows this community could use some of.
I have to agree with the OP - Big team heavies is generally a clusterphuk and ends up being a huge spamfest of power weapons and having to go on foot because the rest of my team is usually a bunch of noobs who jump into Wraiths and Warthogs and immediately get pwned and then subsequently teabagged by the other team. If I actually tried to work as a team in Big Team Heavies I always get a negative Kills/Deaths spread in the post game stats. If however I go lonewolf and -Yoink!- all the powerweapons I can find, I do fairly well. :\
Heavies is what saved this playlist for me;the maps were just not as exciting and such like H3.
Now with Heavies,maps are more entaing, fun, and full of vehicle action.
I think that heavies has brought big team back to life because if you noticed it did not have alot of new maps for quite a while and i still think that the big team playlist should have some more maps added because alot of people play it and sometimes they get tired of playing the same stuff so why dont you ask some of the moderators for new maps in big team battle i dont think that heavies ruined the game it just somewhat brought back the fun in big team and im not the kind of person to really care about k/d i think the game is fun all together and thats what it should be about another thing it is’nt pro to walk around with heavy weapons all the time because you really dont get to utilize the weapons around you if you only use heavy weapons

Xdarkstatic-you are helping to prove my point, some of us DO care about our KD (not specifically about people looking at it) we play to do well, and thats damn near impossible in heavies for some people. if people like it so much, they could play it ALL THE TIME in their own playlist.

Once a team controls a Scorpion, the snipers and rockets, I’ve found that it is near impossible to recover from a loss. Of course, it depends on what map you are playing on as well.

heavies is heaps fun makes me want to play big team more then before
I think some people look at big team as competitive, but unless its btb.net very few maps are even slightly competitive. I think the ZB playlist is more competitive.

He/She’s right,too many playlists already…The playlist limit has been reached in this game taht’s hwy if 343 adds a playist,tehy take one away(squad slayer=super slayer)
This game’s population is already split enough. It doesn’t need more playlists; it needs less.

i participated in BT slayer just fine with a DMR. actually, topped my team the vast majority of the time. The point of this post is to give heavies its own playlist. Its pretty much team rockets, expect with tanks and spartan lazers too. Some people like big teams WITHOUT all that.
I kind of agree. Heavies are always manic games and just because there are heavy weapons and big explosions it doesn’t mean its a good game.
I hate the Gauss Hog with a passion. What a needlessly overpowered weapon that is.
