This is a running theme in some games nowadays and it need to stop
LET US PLAY THE MODES WE WANT TO
All I want to do is play 3v3 deathmatch and nothing else and I’m being forced to play 2v2 as well. You could pick this in the original halo wars 8 years ago and I’m sorry but they should see what population the game has before prematurely combining modes together. This is such a minor complaint but it matters a lot to me and I’m hoping 343/CA will just give players choice again. It combines so many things into playlists and that’s fine but let us pick individual game modes as well, or even better let us filter what we want to play in a playlist; that’d be the best of both worlds. I know nothing will get done because the complaint is small but I wish it would and I know 343 devs do read this, not sure if CA employees will as I’m assuming they’re the ones who’ll enforce changes.
It’s all become so corporate now in Halo and gaming general where a really helpful ‘population’ counter/indication next to each game mode (allowing them to separate game modes whilst communicating the likelihood of finding a game in that mode ) is passed over so that people can’t use any low population counts to create bad PR for the game.
If I’m being an idiot for missing a feature that allows this, let me know, and am I being too picky or do others share this desire too? Thanks
And by the way I freaking love the multiplayer, campaign and overall game so don’t take this as too scathing an insult.
