343 Please read me!!!

I am experiencing one minor issue with my REQ Collection. On the Waypoint site I have unlocked and can equip my Spartan with the Nightfall Helmet/Armor, the Mark VI (Gen 1) Helmet/Armor and the Mark VI (Gen 1)Scarred Helmet/Armor.

However in my REQ Collection in the game these items are greyed out and show I have not unlocked them. Is this normal or should I have these unlocked? As I mentioned this is not a huge deal as I can equip these armors from the Waypoint website… it’s just mildly irritating that I can not do this from in game and that I do not have them in my collection.

Anyone else experiencing this and can anyone at 343 point me in the right direction for a fix?

Have you checked out the Spartan Customization?

They don’t appear in my Req collection, but I can still equip them

you should have those unlocked, try going to customization

Yes, I can equip these items but they do not appear in my collection for some reason. So when I check my REQ collection it is greyed out and unavailable but if I come online and choose “Customize Spartan” I have them available.
It’s weird… like I say, it’s not that I can not use them… it’s just frustrating that they are not showing as earned in my collection.

Well you have them. And that is all that matters at the moment. Hopefully it gets fixed when we get our Ninja Armor

I have them unlocked too, but they occasionally vanish from my collection and reappear.

It’s probably just some weird glitch on the server end of things

Lucky. Atleast youcan wear them. I should have Mark VI(gen 1) unlocked but I don’t. I have Scarred and Nightfall. No gen 1
