CSR need to be visible in game, exactly as the useless Spartan Rank is.
You can enable other things through smartglass, like death/Kill Spots in the maps. and some other stuff that may create.
BUT CSR need to be visible in the player card.
In adition:
If a player leaves a game, he should loss some ranks
If his team loses a match, he dont win any points to the CSR
Make it for the true halo player, and leave de Spartan Rank for the CoD/BF ones

No it doenst. Its fine the way they have it planned. Id rather their way then having to hear gamers scream and shot at one another because of their rank. That killed Halo 3 for me.

Confirmation all over this thread: people only care about rank so they can pretend they’re better than everyone else. Everything else is just an excuse to that end.

Having the CSR in the game or not wont make a differnce on how much someone tries to win. I do my best to win all the time, i even talk on my headset when no one else is just to help out as much as i can. Its not gonna matter and wont change that. What it would do is cause gmaers who lose to freak out at others even more because you would look at their rank and claim you lost because someone was 5 ranks lower than you.

How would this stop you from trying to win? If u keep winning you don’t have to check your rank. So go like this check it before you play then say after two to three loses depending on if the loses are back to back. And say with every two wins in a row take away a loss.
And if u are wanting to make sure your getting paired up against people of similar rank play for a few games then see what the other people’s ranks are

Why should I have to try to win, when having fun is all I need, I don’t win all my games, but I still pull double digits in kills for the majority

Not really. He just pointed out his stats. What’s the difference between KD and the CSR? It’s not like anyone would need to look up the CSR to pull -Yoink- like that. I could just as easily draw attention to your K/D.
Honestly, grow up. People say mean things. Having it online is basically pointless. Barely anyone is going to check their CSR on here. Having it visible would make a lot, and I mean a lot, of people happy.

Yes and it was amazing. But that also promotes all kinds of behavior like what you did above pointing out someones stats as a reason there argument was wrong. Or how we will have people screaming after games about how they lost cause their teammate is 5 ranks lower. Or my personal favorite from Halo 2 days, “Quit out man quit out and we will win.” I unfortunately have to admit that I used to say the last one myself.

Um, there are those guys that don’t care about stats, like almost everyone on this forum. You must come from the CoD/BF crowd because I see what you just posted too often on those forums. Besides, people have good games and bad games. People get put on good teams and some on bad teams. I suffer from getting put on bad teams a majority of a time and that’s why I may have more losses than wins, but do I care? No. I play Halo for enjoyment. Unlike you, you play only to win, be better than everyone else, and bash anyone who has not as good stats that you may have.
