343 talk to us before it's too late!

Can we have some transparency please?

Rather than radio silence, or overly positive corporate language, can we have honest feedback on our feedback please?

1 - What’s happening with input selection?

Having played with KnM and controller, it’s almost like playing a different game at times. There too many situations where MnK just stands no chance of winning gunfights. You must have all the statistics that show the discrepancies between the two inputs and over different weapons. Looking at your data, it must be night and day where the issues lie.

Can we have some openess and honesty on the matter please?

2 - Why/how is there still no roadmap?

This is self-explanatory. Where is it? How is possible that you don’t have a plan for after launch?

Again, be honest please, what went wrong?

3 - Why is there no server or region selection?

You are fully aware this is a problem and that it’s a ‘hot topic’ within the Halo community. It’s been this way for years. It also would not be very hard to implement.

What’s the real reason we don’t have it and why aren’t you acknowledging it?

4 - Why was the game negected for so long after launch?

The after launch period for a ‘live service’ game’ is absolutely paramount to it’s success, so I struggle believe this was planned. What is going on at 343? Why is Infinite being treated like this? It’s one of the biggest and most beloved games of all time, so why does it feel like you want to forget about Halo Infinite and get on to the next title already?

Will you help us understand why Infinite is still in the state that it is?

There are plenty of other topics/issues I could add to this but their continued existence is easier to understand. The items above are the ones that the real-noodle scratchers. These are basic things that everyone is aware of and everyone understands that they should not still be haunting Halo Infinite.

So please, be honest and tell us; what’s the problem? What went wrong? Why do these fundamental issues still exist?

You know the game has been out 2.5 months right?

Is this a post defending 343 or not?

Genuinely can’t tell.

That in itself, speaks volumes.

In context of any live service game, 2.5 months is nothing.

Most live service games are unrecognisable now compared to their launch state.

Whether that launch state is acceptable or not, is beside the point. The fact it will continue to receive service means any problems can be fixed. It’s still very early days.

Facts. Anyone play Sea of Thieves? It is so mechanically different and more polished now than it was at launch, not even considering the dramatic difference in content.

Who plays it now tho? I remember a lot of people leaving sea of theives over lack of content. Even me. I played it for a bit and wondered why I’m playing it and never played it again.

This is why the launch of a game is extremely important. It sets the tone of what the game will be like in the future

i think if there tell it on this way more like:

we are planing to bring some old playlist’s back like: Big Team Slayer, Grifball, infection, Team Slayer back in halo infinite multiplayer.
and some old remake maps are also coming back and some new one’s also.

if it was more this way then a lot off people have think no problem with it.
and if there not tell the date yet when something like that is coming then there are still save more with it and we know what are coming in the next few update’s all.

and if there know the release date from things like that 100% then there can give us a date about when its coming to halo infinite.

How is it besdides the point?

It’s literally the point of my topic.

Some are getting sick of the live service trend nowadays, its fine to wait for something, but there comes a point when the cycle of broken promises and waiting is just too much, repeated enough times that its just frustrating to wait even longer again.

am I making sense?
