343 support is very poor for when it actually comes to needing support or technical help unlike other companies that offer “live chat” which is perfect and quick to solve technical issues however the support system that 343 use is very slow and with that you are never assisted with solving the issue that you have and you are waiting for months to actually receive something its poor service and its needs to be dealt with as its prevents players from continuing to buy games that are full of bugs and is unplayable as well as unsolvable fix your services 343!!!
