Im not sure if they do this but there were bungie days all the time with the community and im not sure if 343 does this? Ive tried looking around but havent seen anything… Its always nice when you run into actual staff members or get to play with designers or teams etc…
I believe they are all busy on fixing bugs and working on content, before when it was bungie and 343 one company was probably enough to fix some problems but I would say that a full day of no work and just playing a game wouldn’t go to well with the boss

You know, 343i employees are people too. When they get home, they enjoy doing stuff that isn’t work. Even at Bungie, their Bungie days were either after work or on weekends. I don’t see why 343i couldn’t do the same.
Im guessing they are playing it we probably just don’t know it because they are not advertising that they are with 343. They will probably make it known once the game is on firmer ground.
i have a dev friend and have played with a few devs before in random warzone matches.
This would be pretty cool, definitely miss this from the H3 days!

Actually from time to time they do play with the community, sometimes they announce it before they do so (as a kind of event) sometimes they do not…
I already played with several 343 members like Grim, you just need to pay a closer look to who your playing with. Additionally the mods are quite active, even though they are no 343 employees it’s always a blast to play with these guys and girls (:
They probably play with different gamer tags. I would do the same and try to start conversations on how they like the game and how it could be improved.

When they’re working on Halo all day everyday, I doubt that when they get home they just wanna sit around and play more halo.
Besides, I’d rather not run in to any of them and know that they were hard at work fixing the bugs and working on my updates o.0

Might help if the community sees them more. It would be nice to go against them or something for special armours or req packs etc… just like bungie gave flaming recon armour if you beat them…
I played regular Fiesta with a 343 guy once.
Back with Halo Reach, after the hand off from Bungie they had regular community game nights. I think they were held every so often. It was a lot of fun, and I wish this was something that they would bring back.
But like Nobel Four said maybe I just haven’t paid close enough attention.
