There has been plenty of talk on these forums about these codes, and I can understand why. I got Halo 4 at the midnight release and have been playing campaign and wargames and spartan ops. Back in December my friend, whom was with me at the midnight release told me he had gotten a message about the specialization code through xbox live message when he was level 65. I hadn’t reached that yet, but I was level 55 or so. Well, about 2 weeks ago I hit 70 and I have not received any email or message. I have looked in the Spam folders and then some. I did some searching on this “Code Issue” and there were people who did the Double XP and hit 70 almost 2 weeks after the release. Why would you cap it off if you are pumping promotions for double XP? why would you create such a terrible move. You just pushed people to either Call of Duty, Mass Effect, or other games. I’ve been a Halo gamer since CE and have played all of the Halo games, but this is possibly the most ridiculous move that I have ever encountered from a producer. I see the logic they had, but its backfiring. The other thing, is there has been no helpful feedback, just trolls telling me to wait like the rest of you. That’s really productive…
All, I’m stating is that this whole code issue should let 343 know that its a FAIL and you’re ruining the online experience, wasting time, and pushing Halo gamers away, myself becoming one of them. I’d like to play again and receive xp to work on my next customization, but that’s not happening and I’m moving to the next game which is probably Assassins Creed for me. Any comments made, I’d appreciate to be solution based and not just trolling telling me to wait, because that’s just as obvious as me telling you that the US government spend 6.8million dollars every minute. So please, hold your unproductive comments.
