How can we Normal players get 343 skins?

It is all up to 343 to give them out.
That’s why they’re called 343 skins, they exclusive to 343 employees. While an error meant they were released to a few people last year, they’re employee only
)= they can sell the champion pack for 80k but dont give out 343 skins
To me I think it’s normal 343 employees have their own emblem and skins. It participate to create a myth. Remember Bungie and the Recon armor on Halo 3. Recon armor was the holy grail for player. Now it’s available for everybody and a lot of players have forgotten it. Actually Recon armor has no interest.
If you want 343i skin, try to get a job in 343i. why not?

They didn’t give the 343 skins out, there was an error that allowed players to get it I believe.
There are two sets of 343 skins. The first set was accidentally given to a few players, and then released briefly in the Spartan’s Armory pack. After that they made a new set of 343 exclusive skins called Unicorn Fist.
Wow, that’s really cool–I’ve never seen any 343 skins. Does anyone have any good shots of them? (I’m sure I can just google it)
The only way you can get a 343 skin now is by matching them on community play dates or getting featured on the community update. The original 343 skins were available to few by a glitch early in the games life. Then being replaced by unicorn fist which is exclusive to 343 employees and will remain that way. But a while ago to give everyone a chance to get the first 343 skin set it was made available in the limited weapons skin pack only after you got every other skins.

The yellow ones are impossible to get, sorry.
